Our Kindness Pledge
England Athletics’ Kindness Pledge demonstrates how we aim to provide a high standard of service by understanding the needs and expectations of all participants in our sport. We are committed to positively interacting with everyone we work with and ask others to do the same. The Pledge communicates how we treat others as we expect to be treated, and how we will endeavour to respond to queries as quickly as possible, to resolve queries at the first point of contact where possible, and to provide clear, complete, and accurate information. It also outlines the actions we will take if someone is aggressive or abusive.
Our zero-tolerance position regarding online abuse (including threatening behaviour and spreading false information) is supported by legislation by way of the Online Safety Act.

Online abuse of members of England Athletics staff is not acceptable. We look after the well-being of our staff and urge people to think about the impacts of their actions or we will take the necessary actions required to protect our staff.

Membership Engagement Team
Our Membership Engagement Team provide high quality customer services and membership engagement for England Athletics. Each Membership Engagement Officer provides administration and co-ordination support for a specific area: Affiliation and Athlete Registration, Leader, Coach, Official and Teacher education/ development courses, Tutor Liaison, Athletics Hub, Road Race Licensing, RunTogether and funetics and Competition support.
